Where can I find resources to help me teach students to wire a simple switch to a bulb? Such as pictures and diagrams. Same wiring project as lower skills participates in.

If you go to Home Depot, in the wiring aisle, there is a how to book, it is either yellow or blue, cant remember the exact color, one color is the plumbing one, and the other is the electrical wiring book. In that book it goes through pretty much every circuit imaginable. Great pictures and diagrams!
