Does anyone have any good plumbing labs that would be good for a group of 10 juniors and seniors? Thanks
There are a number of plumbing projects at:
Mike, the link you attached is not working, do you have an updated one?
This is one I use for my freshman Ag Mech class, but it'd likely work for any age.
I looked at the website that Mike posted. Lots of great stuff there, so I created a spreadsheet so you can sort the columns according to the skills you want to apply.
Is there an updated version of the Ag Mech Project.xlsm? It tells me that I the word documents and PDF's can't be found.

I have the students make a block #4 out of 1/2 in copper. we cut copper pipe into 4 in pieces then you assemble the pieces You need
4 pcs of 1/2 in copper pipe 4in long
2 end caps
1 90deg elbow
1 female end that screws onto a garden hose
Sweat all parts together
Attach to hose turn on water... if it leaks you fail do it again... it not you pass! A+
We display them at the local fair! turns out good!
Do you have a photo of this. It sounds very interesteing. I'd like to see the final project.
Does anyone have a final picture of the sprinkler? I'm having trouble "seeing" what it would look like.
Hopefully these links work for you.. These are great resources that Mike Spiess created.
One of the images that is included shows what it looks like. I hope this helps.
