I like to show Dirty Jobs - Dairy Cow (not the entire thing, just to cover the care of the cows on the carousel and getting the milk.

You will need to find a document that tells you how to set up the milk tasting lab, super easy! I wish I could find mine to attach for you.
I do have a lactose lab alternative for the kids that won't taste milk.

Your dairy unit lessons are AWESOME! I will definitely be using them to help prepare my FFA members for the Milk Quality and Products CDE next year. I am attaching my document on how to prepare and flavor the milk samples. It's long, but the guide to flavoring the milk is on page 17. I hope you don't mind me including it and feel free to use it.
