First off, I'm completely new to Communities of Practice and I am excited to become a part of it!
My school's superintendent and I are working together to write a grant proposal to gain funding for my courses in ag that are science-related. He basically told me to "think outside the box" and "consider things I would have previously felt were unrealistic." I have several ideas in mind, but wanted to see what some of you would pursue if given this opportunity. Here's an overview of my ag science courses: Animal Science, Wildlife Conservation, Natural Resource Science (formerly called "Environmental Science"), and a Horticulture class (hasn't actually been conducted in 5+ years here).
Any ideas you would like to share would be appreciated.
