I have recently moved to a new district that has a Leadership Development course which includes agricultural and non-agricultural students. I am struggling with how to develop the class to incorporate both aspects of the student body. I would like to include the leadership development of political leaders (perhaps ones with agricultural backgrounds). Any suggestions or examples of curriculum currently being used would be great. I am trying not to depend too much on Life Knowledge, as I feel it is a bit redundant for the upper level agricultural students in the course. Thank you!
