Does anyone have a good lesson plan or spredsheet for playing the Farming Game implementing SAE in thier Agscience class?
I used this one and just had the students keep "records" as they went around the board. I had them play for five 'years' or rounds. That gave them a chance to repay debt and get established. Hope this helps.
Here's a balance sheet/ cash flow statement I have students fill out each day. I started by having them fill one balance sheet and cash flow statement out per year, be they some go around the board faster than others, so I have them each do one balance sheet per class period.
I use my SAE records so that they become more familiar with them.
