I'm teaching food science for the first time this year. I'm very excited, we've worked it out that I will have the FACS foods lab whenever I need it and a science teacher who is willing to team teach any labs that I may need some with. However, I'm not exactly sure where to begin. If anyone has any suggestions or materials they would like to offer, I would be more than appreciative. I could use course outlines, unit suggestions, as well as resource suggestions.
