Just wondering if you guys had some thoughts on how you build or strengthen administration/principal relationships. I am looking to provide some ideas to young teachers on what might work best to develop a strong relationship that will benefit the overall ag program and the teacher as well. I am really looking to focus on the professional/personal relationship of the ag teacher to the administrator. What are some things/ideas that you would recommend? What can you do when you really don't like the "person in charge"? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
