Does anyone have a bedding crop project that they do in class? I am going to have my students start seeds and grow a crop to sell to the culinary class. Trying to wrap my head around creating a project for the kids to do. Does anyone out there have one that they do and willing to share?
Jenna, before I give a suggestion or share what I have I need a little more information. Do you have a greenhouse? what is your time frame for having the crop ready for the class? What type of plants were you looking to grow (lettuce, kale, herbs, vegetables)? What is the ultimate goal for selling the crop to the culinary class? Are you and the culinary instructor teaming up on the project?
