Fantastic start.... how about adding some tips on how to manage a website from a time perspective. Who can you delegate things to? I have an alumni member who helps me by updating the calendar periodically and adding photo albums to the site.... any other ideas?

We have decided to use a blog and are just beginning to try it out this spring and summer.... Its easy for students, newspapers, parents, supporters, and alumni to follow if they enter their email address, it will send them and email when the site is updated.... Its a work in progress, but its coming along... We plan to give our officers rights to update this site as well, after a little training this summer.
Our website includes a lot of info based on students, parents, and supporters! Consider putting a tab for your alumni on your website! It has helped us increase parent membership!
How did you get the calendar of events to work on the website? We have been struggling with getting ours set up!
