Looking to spice-up your ag science class? Pennsylvania 4-H is hosting a virtual STEM Symposium as a national professional development opportunity. The symposium is open to all STEM professionals, which definitely includes agriculture teachers! Notable presentations include: Hydroponic Urban Farm and Garden Systems Made Easy, Teen Science Cafes: An Innovative Way to Engage Youth in STEM, Growing Science Savvy Through the "Doing DNA" Activities on Campus and at Home. This could be a great way to network and get some SAE ideas, especially while some teachers are working from home or in hybrid situations.

The symposium will take place from May 4-6. Register by April 19.
