While the list is long, I’d like to give nods to my past agriscience colleagues, Lisa Konkel & Jeanne Case, for their impact to me.  Lisa, Jeanne, & I all taught agriscience & biology classes at Big Foot High School, in Walworth, WI. With Big Foot being my first teaching position, I had so many questions & worries on how agriscience should be taught.  From day one, both of these folks treated me as equals & mentored through all uncertainties I had. I witnessed Lisa teach complex biotechnology & agriscience concepts with witt & ease, all while motivating students to lead their own inquiry-driven research.  Jeanne worked patiently with me in keeping a reasonable pacer for all of our biology sections. Seeing & making this work continues to give me undeniable faith that agriscience departments can be both high quality & sustainably advised. I strive to reflect a Lisa-like rigor & a Jeanne-like focus for the students I now have at Green Bay East.
