I would say I struggle with both personal and professional road blocks.

Personal- time,  wanting to be perfect, etc.

Professional- struggling to keep on top of multiple things/classes, trying to teach content and build on what kids know/move one, have certifications in content that is worksheet heavy, time in class and outside of class to make it better.

Do you have ways to cope with those struggles? Are you still learning how to deal with them head on?

Coping with struggles

Personal-  to do list based on priorities, doing a better job of managing what is going on in my life, reminding myself I'm human and it's a learning experience for everyone.

Professional- lesson management (some classes lecture, other projects, etc.), continue to improve lessons and work to grow as a teacher, find ways to eliminate worksheets with hands on activities,  work to be utilizing the time given effectively.
