The majority of my roadblocks have always been professional. The only time they became personal is when the professional ones became so trying that it impacted my health, so much so that I had to be hospitalized and given a blood transfusion. It is now a condition I must always live with and I had to find a new normal.
As for facing them i now first evaluate how much how much of a roadblock it is. Sometimes I face them head one, but I have learned it’s best to just shrug and say “not my problem” and move on.
