As Monsanto Vegetable Seeds Global Marketing Manager, Oesch is responsible for roughly 50 marketing professionals across 150 countries. She originally joined Monsanto in 2009 in the row crops division. Previously she was manager, business leadership and account executive at Momentum Worldwide. She earned a degree in journalism, strategic communications/advertising from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Oesch is a National Agri Marketing Association (NAMA) board member. She visits with Sara Steever about building a career in the ag industry, NAMA, networking and important skills for young ag professionals.
