Calling all maple enthusiasts!


If you/your program is producing maple syrup and needs a unique avenue to sell your finished product (besides syrup, of course), this confections book describes the process to create maple cream, maple candies, and much more.


Anyone can utilize pure Maple Syrup to make the delicious confections described in class. Would also be great for a Food Science course this time of year to discuss processing, packaging, quality assurance, etc.
