These materials were created as part of a National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) grant through the SPECA Challenge Grant Program. Dr. B. Allen Talbert, Professor, and Alli Lee, Graduate Assistant, of Purdue University developed the materials for the urban agriculture program at Arsenal Tech High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. They can be modified for use as needed, but should retain a citation giving NIFA, Purdue University, and Arsenal Tech High School credit for the original creation.
