Congratulations to the four agricultural education programs selected to receive a 2014 greenhouse construction/enhancement grant from Gothic Arch Greenhouses. This is the first year for the initiative, which granted four school-based agriculture programs from across the United States $2,500 to help construct a teaching greenhouse or enhance an existing school greenhouse. The selected schools were:
- The Highland Jr./Sr. High School -- Craigmont, Idaho
- St. Regis School -- St. Regis, Montana
- Genessee Valley Educational Partnership-Mt. Morris Campus -- Mt. Morris, New York
- Oxford Academy & Central School -- Oxford, New York
"It is our intent to provide continuing support to members of NAAE to acquire the tools necessary to teach the vital skills of horticulture to the next generation," said Buzz Sierke, President and CEO of Gothic Arch Greenhouses, Inc.
