Totally Acceptable. . . .

  1. To use the Ag Education Discussion Lab on Facebook for tips, ideas, lesson planning and more,
  2. To already be thinking about who you want to send a Teach Ag Kit to as part of his or her graduation present,
  3. To treat yourself with something special in celebration of CTE month,
  4. To encourage your friends and family members to purchase a paper emblem at Tractor Supply Company, in support of the Grants for Growing program,
  5. To check out Owl Pellets: Tips for Ag Teachers for great resources and ideas to use in your classroom!

My Corner of the World

Ag teachers are always on the go, but occasionally get a brief moment to sit down and collect their thoughts. It is at times like these that Nathan McMullen, agriculture teacher at Sleepy Eye Public School in Minnesota, is thankful for a comfortable desk chair.Want Your Picture in NTN???

Ag Teacher Hack

Wiring
This wall has square chain buckets (free from department stores) screwed into it to hold electrical components, peg board for rolls and hanging up our wiring boards. We can use the wall to wire on. The other side has shelves for whatever projects we are currently working on. It has a base and casters so that it can be moved around the shop.
